We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

- Your item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn or unused)
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Do not send any items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective

- You received the wrong item
We will review the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Returns Handling
Due to our direct-to-consumer shipping model, items are typically fulfilled through third-party suppliers and international warehouses. For this reason:
- Physical returns are not required for most orders
- In some cases, we may request that you keep or dispose of the item
- If a return is required, we will provide instructions
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Bank processing times may vary
